Keeping costs down with volume production
We supply more competitively priced products. By organizing cheaper natural and human resources in mainland China. And by introducing advanced management systems, we supply auto parts at a reasonable price. We offer a daily output of up to 16,500 sets of wheel rims. We ensure performance with imported high-quality equipment. Our eight rim production lines come from Fontijne Grotnes of the Netherlands. And we have 80 spinning and testing machines from Germany. This equipment, combined with the hot-rolled steel plates from Posco of South Korea, helps each of our rims to perform exceptionally.
Nearly all of our products arrive in flawless condition
We have a strict quality-control process. We manufacture products under ISO 9001:2000 standards and all of our products gained CE and UL certification. At present, no product has been returned and our defect rate is kept below 0.01%.
